OTTER TAIL COUNTY · ~3,500 RESIDENTS
Web design for Perham, Minnesota.
Manufacturing town with a strong Main Street and big lakes nearby. Built by hand, one project at a time, by someone who actually lives nearby.
ABOUT PERHAM
I know the town.
Perham punches above its weight — KLN Family Brands, Tuffy's, Barrel O' Fun, and a downtown that keeps finding ways to reinvent itself. Between the industrial employers and the lake-adjacent small businesses, Perham needs websites that look professional enough for B2B and warm enough for walk-in traffic. I'm about 15 minutes east if you want to meet.
WHO I TYPICALLY BUILD FOR
- Light manufacturing
- Food production
- Main Street retail
HOW WE WORK
Four steps. No guesswork.
From first call to launch usually runs 2–5 weeks depending on package. Here's exactly what happens at each stage so you know what you're signing up for.
Discovery call
Week 0 · 30 minutes
A short call — phone or video, whichever you prefer. We talk about your business, what you want the site to do, and whether I'm the right fit. No pitch, no pressure. You'll leave with a clear recommendation even if we don't work together.
Proposal & deposit
Week 1
I send a fixed-price proposal with a scope, timeline, and payment schedule. 50% deposit to start, the rest on launch. No retainers, no surprise invoices. You sign, I start.
Design & build
Weeks 1–4
I share a preview link within a few days and keep updating it as I build. You see the site take shape in real time — no big reveal, no wasted rounds. I ask for feedback at two checkpoints: after the homepage and before launch.
Launch & care
Launch day + ongoing
I handle DNS, hosting, SSL, analytics, and Google Business Profile setup. When something breaks — or you want a change — you call me. Cabin Care keeps the site healthy month to month, optional but most clients keep it.
PRICING
Honest numbers. No surprises.
Three tiers, two care plans, a handful of add-ons. If you need something bigger — e-commerce at scale, a custom web app, a SaaS MVP — we'll step up to my other brand, Sardonyx Software.

The extras worth paying for.
Bolt any of these onto a package, or pick them up on their own.
NEED SOMETHING BIGGER?
Custom web apps, SaaS MVPs, or enterprise e-commerce are the wheelhouse of my other brand — Sardonyx Software. Same Jesse, bigger toolkit. Reach out either way and I'll put you where you belong.
ALSO SERVING
Other lakes country towns.
Don't see your town? Most of my clients are within a two-hour drive of Frazee, but I take on remote work too. Bigger software projects (SaaS, custom apps, enterprise e-commerce) run through Sardonyx Software, my parent company.
