Mary Wunderlich — a licensed Minnesota real-estate agent working the lakes-country market (Detroit Lakes, Perham, Pelican Rapids, Fergus Falls, Battle Lake, and surrounding communities).

THE PROBLEM

Realtor.com and Zillow profiles don't rank for long-tail local queries like 'Pelican Rapids lakefront homes for sale' — and when they do, the lead goes to whoever paid the most for that ZIP code, not to Mary. She needed a site that could own her own community searches and let prospective clients book a meeting directly.

THE APPROACH

  • Nine community landing pages (Detroit Lakes, Perham, Pelican Rapids, Fergus Falls, Battle Lake, Hawley, Ottertail, Lake Park, New York Mills) optimized for 'homes for sale in [town]' long-tail queries, each with a local hook and an agent intro.
  • Cal.com embed for scheduling — prospective clients book a showing or consultation directly from any page, no phone tag.
  • Lead-capture form with Resend email notifications and a 1-business-day response commitment shown on every page.
  • Home-value + sell pages with dedicated CTAs for the two most common seller intents.
