The Gobbler Grub & Pub — a family restaurant on Main Street Frazee with a loyal local following and a strong Facebook presence but no proper website.

THE PROBLEM

The Gobbler had strong word-of-mouth and a Facebook page doing most of the heavy lifting, but no web presence for travelers searching 'restaurants near Detroit Lakes' or 'Frazee MN dinner.' No Google Knowledge Panel, no menu on Google, no schema — invisible to anyone not already on Facebook.

THE APPROACH

  • Single-page site with menu, hours, location, and a click-to-call phone link front and center — built for thumb-driving on a phone from a lake cabin.
  • Full LocalBusiness + Restaurant schema with hours, price range, served cuisines, menu URL — everything Google needs to build a Knowledge Panel.
  • Google Business Profile rebuilt from scratch with consistent NAP (name/address/phone), categories, photos, and service attributes matching the schema on the site.
  • Mobile-first: real images, no lazy hero tricks, optimized for the rural cellular connections most customers actually arrive on.
